Position Overview

We’re seeking a Google Ads Performance Manager with a strong background in SEA (Search Engine Advertising) to manage high-budget e-commerce campaigns. You will be part of a 3-person performance team and work closely with creatives, tracking experts, and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display)

Manage Google Shopping feeds and resolve Merchant Center issues

Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve KPIs

Client Communication & Collaboration

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients

Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations

Align campaign strategies with client objectives

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Leverage data insights to scale campaigns and improve ROAS

Create high-performing ad copy and engaging campaign structures

Contribute to weekly team masterclasses and share learnings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (SEA) campaigns, ideally in e-commerce

Proven success with budgets exceeding €50k/month

Deep understanding of Shopping campaigns, feed optimization, and Google Merchant Center

Technical knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Hyros)

Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €40,000 – €60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Performance bonuses: Occasional

Contract: 6-month probation period

Team Structure & Reporting

Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Minimize Cost per Acquisition (CPA)

Drive revenue growth through strategic scaling

Maintain high client satisfaction and retention

Ensure efficient and responsible budget management
