<h2>Position Overview</h2>We’re seeking a Google Ads Performance Manager with a strong background in SEA (Search Engine Advertising) to manage high-budget e-commerce campaigns. You will be part of a 3-person performance team and work closely with creatives, tracking experts, and freelancers.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>Campaign Strategy &amp; ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display)Manage Google Shopping feeds and resolve Merchant Center issuesAnalyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve KPIsClient Communication &amp; CollaborationBuild strong, trust-based relationships with clientsProvide regular performance updates and strategic recommendationsAlign campaign strategies with client objectivesInnovation &amp; Continuous ImprovementLeverage data insights to scale campaigns and improve ROASCreate high-performing ad copy and engaging campaign structuresContribute to weekly team masterclasses and share learningsRequired Skills &amp; QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (SEA) campaigns, ideally in e-commerceProven success with budgets exceeding €50k/monthDeep understanding of Shopping campaigns, feed optimization, and Google Merchant CenterTechnical knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Hyros)Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategiesExcellent communication and client-facing skillsSelf-driven, proactive, and team-oriented mindsetCompensation &amp; BenefitsSalary: €40,000 – €60,000 per year (depending on experience)Performance bonuses: OccasionalRemote work: Fully remote setup with flexible hoursLearning: Weekly skill-building sessions and masterclassesDevelopment: Funded access to professional development coursesTime off: 25 vacation days per yearContract: 6-month probation periodTeam Structure &amp; ReportingJoin a lean, agile 3-person performance teamCollaborate with designers, tracking specialists, and freelancersReport directly to the Head of PerformancePerformance Goals &amp; KPIsMaximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Minimize Cost per Acquisition (CPA)Drive revenue growth through strategic scalingMaintain high client satisfaction and retentionEnsure efficient and responsible budget management
